01 Little N' Local

Little N' Local is a very low cost lot to start with. You arrive to a very small building with a counter, register and 3 display boxes. You have to supply the items to sell.

I added a ticket machine and priced it at the lowest. Placed some electronics on the display case and opened the doors. Those were not selling well, so I added some area rugs. I've always had great luck with rugs. I continued with that until the shop hit rank 10. At that point, I rearranged things to make it look nicer. I added the wedding arch and chairs outside and priced them to sell. Now future sims can come to the lot to buy those wanted items.
